Installation Warranty
Thank you for trusting Silverleaf Turf with your outdoor space.
This is a limited lifetime warranty covering the installation workmanship performed by Silverleaf Turf (the "Workmanship"), and only the Workmanship. During the warranty period, Silverleaf Turf will repair or replace, at no charge, any installation work found to be improperly installed due to a defect in workmanship.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage to utility wires, underground lines, or water/gas pipes encountered during installation
Damage caused by people or animals after installation
Irrigation systems, including sprinklers, once the project is complete
Acts of nature (floods, fire, extreme weather, etc.)
Melted or damaged turf caused by reflected heat (e.g. from windows or reflective surfaces)
Normal wear-related issues, including matting
HOA or impervious cover restrictions
Drainage
Manufacturer's Product Warranty
Separate from our lifetime workmanship warranty, the turf material itself is backed by the manufacturer's product warranty of up to 25 years, covering defects such as fading or unraveling under normal use.
